By browsing or otherwise using the HomeTeam Moving website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If any part of them does not sit right with you, we ask that you stop using the site rather than carry on.
Services Description
HomeTeam Moving provides full-service moving and storage from its base in Orlando, covering Central Florida and the I-4 corridor, and we also take on long-distance relocations that are bound for or departing Florida. Each service is subject to what we have available and can schedule. Any estimate generated through this site is preliminary, and it remains open to revision once we walk through your belongings, whether in person or by video.
Quote Requests
Sending a quote request through this site does not, on its own, create a binding contract. A binding agreement comes into being only after both parties have signed a written estimate or bill of lading in advance of the move date. We provide every estimate at no charge, and requesting one places no obligation on you.
User Responsibilities
You agree that the information you provide when requesting a quote or arranging service will be accurate and complete. This includes your origin address, your destination address, a truthful account of the items that need to be moved, and any access constraints at either end, whether stairs, elevators, downtown COIs, HOA rules, gated-community check-in, or long carries.
Limitation of Liability
As the applicable regulations require, HomeTeam Moving carries full liability coverage together with $1M cargo insurance. The precise coverage terms, your valuation choices, and the procedures for filing a claim are all set out in writing with your estimate and on your bill of lading, in every case before the move begins.
Website Use
You may not put this website to any unlawful use, nor use it in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it. You also may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
Intellectual Property
All material on this website, the text, images, logos, and design included, is the property of HomeTeam Moving and is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it, distribute it, or build derivative works from it without first obtaining our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any matter arising out of your use of this website or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
